Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Accountancy/Commerce. Post Graduate/Graduate Candidates experience in Accounting is not required. However, the educational qualification is relaxable in the case of candidates with one year experience in the concerned post. Selected candidates will be appointed in Poppy’s work area in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Mymensingh and Rangpur divisions. Apart from this, there should be interest to work in other departments as well. The examination will be held in Narsingdi, Comilla, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Chittagong and Dhaka districts only for field officer and field assistant posts candidates. The name of the post and the district in which you want to take the exam must be mentioned on the envelope.
Other benefits of employment
Apprenticeship period for all posts is six months. 4th to 7th post at low cost single accommodation during apprenticeship, low interest motorcycle purchase loan and motorcycle fuel, maintenance expenses (applicable to 2nd to 4th post) and annual increment after regularization, provident fund, pension scheme, gratuity, two annual festival allowances and Baisakhi Allowance will be provided. Apart from this, Distance Allowance, Incentive Allowance, Housing Allowance and City Allowance (where applicable) will be provided. Field Officers and Field Assistants are paid motorcycle fuel and maintenance expenses subject to achievement of set targets.
Important terms:
If selected for recruitment, candidates will have to deposit a security deposit of Tk 25,000 for Branch Manager, Tk 25,000 for Assistant Branch Manager, Tk 20,000 for Field Officer and Tk 18,000 for Field Assistant, which is refundable with interest. Candidates selected for the post of Field Officer and Field Assistant will have to deposit Rs 4,000 to the training center for 5 days basic training fee.
