If all the information mention in the online application form fillip by the candidate or the submit document are fake or proven to be false or if any fake or fraudulent use is made in the examination, the candidate of the concern candidate will be cancel. If an ulterior motive is proven, appropriate legal action will be taken against him. c) Attested copy of certificate/certificate issue by the appropriate authority to the candidate as per the latest policy in support of quota claim other than female quota.
d) If the applicant is the son/daughter of the son/daughter of a brave freedom fighter/martyr, to submit a certifies photocopy of the certificate issued by the concerned Union Council Chairman/City Corporation Ward Councilor and Municipal Mayor/Councilor to that effect. will be
e) Character certificate issued by Chairman of Union Council/Mayor of Municipality/Ward Councilor of City Corporation/Gazette Officer of First Class;
(f) Attested copy of the National Identity Card/Birth Certificate (if applicable) of the candidate.
