Required Documents for DTEV Application
Some specific documents are required for applying in the recruitment circular of the Department of Technical Education, all the required certificates are mentioned below-
a) Certificates of all educational qualifications of the application period will be required
b) Color copy of filled application form along with admit card (application copy) and 02 copies of photographs
c) Citizenship certificate issued by Union perished or Municipality/ City Corporation/ Union Perished Chairman/ Mayor/ City Corporation Ward Councilor.
d) Candidate will need National Identity Card or Birth Certificate
e) If the applicant is the son or daughter of a freedom fighter or a martyred freedom fighter, a clear certificate of freedom fighter will be required.
f) Orphan and Physically Handicapped Quota candidates need copy of Handicapped ID Card and Identity Card.
g) If any document of the candidate is found to be fake or false, the authorities will take appropriate legal action.
DTEV Recruitment Exam Admit Card Download :
Receipt of Admit Card will be intimated to only eligible candidates in due time on this website http://dtev.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone. So the candidate must keep the mobile number provided at the time of application active at all times.
After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, take a color print of the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and name of the candidate.
Candidates must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and, if passed, at the time of practical test and oral test.
DTEV Application Conditions
All the candidates who are willing to apply for Directorate of Technical Education 2024 A-Recruitment have to fulfill some conditions as per the instructions given by the authorities, all the conditions are mentioned below-
1) Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in the later process, the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled before sending the application.
2) Candidates should keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam related need.
3) Candidates age for all posts should be between 18 to 30 years as on 31.3.2024. However, relaxation of up to 32 years is eligible for direct recruitment of children of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. No affidavit regarding age will be accepted.
4) For the posts mentioned in serial no. 1, 3, 9, 10, 12 and 13, the candidates who have passed the written test and the candidates who have passed the practical test can participate in the oral test. Also serial no. 02, 4 to 8, 11 and 14 to 18 Candidates who have passed the written test can take part in the oral test for the mentioned posts.
5) Candidates for employment in Govt/Semi Govt institutions should apply with the permission of appropriate authorities and submit the original copy of no objection clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.
6) In the matter of recruitment, the existing rules of the government and any subsequent amendments in the relevant rules will be followed.

7) The authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel the notification or suspend/cancel/withdraw the recruitment process.
8) After the initial selection of applications received, only eligible candidates will be notified for written, practical (where applicable) and oral examination through the website of the Department of Technical Education – www.techedu.gov.bd and through SMS to the mobile number of the candidate.
