BJSC Job circular 2024
1. Educational qualification of the candidate:
A) Minimum Qualification: 4 (Four) Years Graduation (Honor’s) in Law from a recognized University or 3 (Three) Years Graduation in Law from a recognized foreign University or Post Graduate Degree with 3 (Three) Years in Law from a recognized foreign University: Provided that , the person should have obtained CGPA of second class or equivalent at Post Graduate level in Law or Graduate (Honor’s) in Law or, as the case may be.
2) Can apply under the conditions mentioned:
A) CGPA Evaluation Method: If the result of a candidate is publish in CGPA form inset of such category, the scale mention in the certificate issue by the University.
3) Candidates appearing in the examination:
A) Any candidate who has passed the Graduate or Graduate (honor’s) in Law or Post-graduate examination as the case may be can apply. However the examination must be complete on or before the last date of submission of application form.
Physical qualification of the candidate
The candidate should be physically fit to perform the duties of the post of assistant judge properly. The candidate has to appear before the Medical Board or designate Medical Officer constitute by the Directorate of Health to verify and certify whether there is any physical impairment that prevents him from performing the duties. The details of the physical qualification are given in Chapter.

- Nationality of the candidate: The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh a permanent resident of Bangladesh or a citizen of Bangladesh. If a candidate is married or engage to be married to a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh, he/she will be considerer ineligible.

Removal Order/Resignation Letter/No Objection Letter/Resignation Letter: No objection letter singe by appointing authority/appropriate authority of candidates employ in a government office or local authority i.e. statutory bodies, autonomous or semi-government organization and candidates who have been removed from service or resigned from service. Order of removal from service or acceptance of resignation by appointing authority should be procured.
